Your room is available on the day of arrival from 02.00 pm. Please leave your room on departure day by 10.00 am.

If you do not receive any information from us, the CHECK IN will take place at our main hotel:

Cancellation policy

till 30 days before arrival: no cancellation fee

30 days to 20 days before arrival: 40% of the total costs

20 days to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total costs

in the last week before arrival: 90% of the total costs

NO SHOW will be charged with 90% of the total costs.

Dogs are allowed in the Hotel das Zentrum upon prior request. For the accommodation of the dog we charge € 15 per dog/night (without food).
